Learning Plans

The Learning Plans are the major units of the course.  Each Learning Plan covers a different competency or major topic.

The student works through the first Learning Plan.  Frequently there is a Checkpoint quiz at the end of the Learning Plan.  This helps the student know if he has mastered the competency for this unit.  Based on his results on the Checkpoint, the student may choose to redo activities to gain a better mastery of the competency before proceeding to the Assessment Activity.

Next the student completes the Assessment for that Learning Plan.  The Assessments are graded by the Instructor.

The student then proceeds to the next Learning Plan.  The total number of Learning Plans varies which each course.
