Units 1 - 4

Welcome!

As you begin your study of the field of electronics, keep in mind that it is like learning a new language.  There will be a large number of new terms that you will learn.  But you will use them over and over again until they become second nature.  Every profession has their own jargon, electronics is no different.  If your instructor uses a term that is now to you, please raise your hand and inquire what they meant.  We try to explain terms as they are used, but sometimes a term gets past us.

The links listed at the top of this page will take you to the corresponding material listed.  It is our suggestion that you visit all the links now, to give you a better picture of what support tools are available.  The semester is broken down into "units".  Each unit will have an associated set of reading, LabVolt work, and lab work.  The links provided above, will assist you in the understanding of the material covered, by each unit.  Think if this web site as your study partner.
