Held at the Burlington Campus

Meets: Mondays & Wednesdays from 6-9 PM and at least one 8-hour Saturday session per month. Hospital clinical and field hours are scheduled by student above & beyond these hours.

 

Note – I/99 initial class candidates must forward the following documents to the EMS Office
to satisfy GTC admission requirements prior to acceptance / start of the class.

EMT Intermediate Applicant Checklist
Complete a Wisconsin Technical College System application
- Indicate program name of: EMT Intermediate
- Indicate program number of: 30-531-7
- Indicate campus: Burlington
Submit application fee of $ 30.00 – payable to Gateway Technical College
Complete a Background Information Disclosure form
Submit payment of $15.00 – payable to Gateway Technical College
Submit copy of current Wisconsin EMT Basic or greater licensure
Submit current copy of AHA / ARC CPR certification
