CATI Campus The Electronics department at Gateway Technical College is located at the Center for Advanced Technology and Innovation (CATI). The CATI campus is home to all of the Engineering Technology programs offered by Gateway Technical College. The campus is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Interstate, on Hwy H between Hwy 11 and Hwy 20.
