I have always been interested in science, thus my pursuit right out of high school for degrees in science. I received the following degrees:
Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Northwestern University, Evanston Illinois
Master of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa.
Later I pursued my lifelong interest in being a nurse and a teacher. I received the following degrees:
Associate degree from Gateway Technical College, Kenosha, Wisconsin
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Alverno College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
I have been at Gateway since 1989. I was a instructor in the Nursing Assistant Program for seven years, and am presently an instructor in the Practical Nursing Program. I have been in this program since 1996.
